Quick find bar opens when typing in text fields
The / (slash) and ' (apostrophe) keys are shortcuts to open the Quick Find bar.
You can also configure Firefox to automatically search for text when you type any characters outside of a text field.
> Goto Tools -> Options.
> Click on to General Tab.
> Tick the check box of "Search for text when i start typing"
Here afterwards when you start typing the text Quick find bar will open.
