Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables
Ingredients:
* 200g cauliflower, chopped
* 1 stalk lemon grass, finely chopped
* 50g long beans, cut into 6cm sections
* 1 carrot, julienned
* 4 fried bean curds, diced
* 1 stalk parsley, chopped
* 1 stalk coriander leaves, chopped
* 1 tsp honey
* 2 tsp oyster sauce
* 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
* 4cm ginger, thinly sliced
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 150ml vegetable stock
* 1 tbsp cornflour
* 2 tbsp oyster sauce
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp sambal belacan powder
* Salt and pepper to taste
Making Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables:
1. Combine bean curds with oyster sauce, honey, parsley and coriander leaves. Set aside.
2. Heat oil, stir fry sliced ingredients. Add vegetables in batches. Stir fry until vegetables are heated through.
3. Stir in vegetable stock, cornflour, lemon juice, sambal belacan powder and beancurd mixture.
4. Stir until sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper. Serve hot.
