How to reduce wait time before boot:
- Go to run dialog (windows key + R)
- type msconfig and press enter
- select "BOOT.INI" tab
- change the value in the box next to Timeout to something less like 5.
By default, it's 30, which means 30 seconds of wait time before boot.
