Garlic Chutney
Ingredients:
* 2 cups garlic flakes
* ½ cup dry coconut
* 5 g red chilies
* 5 g tamarind
* Salt to taste
Making Garlic Chutney
1. Clean the garlic. Cut the coconut into pieces. Grind all the ingredients at low speed for 1 minute.
2. Add water and stir the content. Grind for a further 3 minutes. A thick chutney will be obtained.
