stopping _vti_ folders in public_html folder
Whenever a account is created lot of _vti_* folders get created under the public_html folder.
This is because of 'Frontpage Extensions'
This can be prevented by de-selecting the combo box for 'Frontpage Extensions' during new account creation. New account are created using the 'Create a New Account' option in WHM
