Unblock domain in windows
When there is a login failure for FTP in windows more than a number of times a certain IP will be blocked due to login failures.
To unblock the domain,
1. Login to Remote Desktop Connection (Start -> Run -> mstsc)
2. After logging into Remote Desktop go to Start -> Run -> compmgmt.msc > Users and groups > Users
3. Right-click the user and go to properties.
4. There are checkboxes for disabled and locked out.
5. Uncheck both of them.
