Chinese Fried Rice
Ingrediants
rice-2 cups
oil-2tbs
carrots-2 nos
cabbage-1cup
spring onions-2 stalks
ginger-1/4 inch
garlic-4 flakes
green chillies
red capsicum-1no
white pepper-1/2tsp
(optional)Ajinomoto-a pinch
Soy sauce-1 tbsp
vinegar-1 tsp
salt to taste
Process
wash and cook the rice.Allow it to cool.slice all the veges to thin long pieces.
In a frying pan heat the oil and add the thinly chopped ginger and garlic.now add the green chillies,curry leaves,spring onions,carrots and shredded cabbage.Give a stir and add the soy sauce and vinegar.stir fry for 2-3 mins.Finally add the salt and pepper.Now mix it with rice thoroughly.
Chinese fries rice is all ready for serving.Delicious,Simple and quick!
