Follow the steps to have such an effect:

* Open your image in photoshop.


* Go to Filter-> Render-> Lens Flare.


* Lens Flare window will open.


* Use mouse pointer to point to the direction on which you want the reflection to take place.


* Adjust the brightness and select the type of lens which you to display in the image.
