What is Living Together / De Facto / Cohabitation?
A person who lives in an intimate relationship with but is not married to a person of the opposite sex; lover. It is also known as 'Cohabitation' - an arrangement whereby two people decide to live together on a longterm or permanent basis in an emotionally and/or sexually intimate relationship. The term is most frequently applied to couples who are not married.
