How to take Database Backup from Plesk Control Panel?

Take database backup from plesk control panel,

Login to Plesk Control Panel -> Databases -> Click database -> Click "Back Up Now".

OR

From RDP terminal,

Login to RDP -> Start -> Program Files -> Parallels -> Plesk Backup -> Select the domain - domain name -> and select the appropriate option from "Backup Options"
