Allow a program to communicate through windows firewall:
Allow a program to access in network through firewall.
* Go to Control Panel.
* Under Security, hit "Allow a program through Windows Firewall".
* Windows Firewall Settings Dialog will open.
* Under Exceptions, select the programs whichever you want to allow.
* Hit OK and close the window.
