Brunswick Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

• 900 gms Chicken or Pork (cooked and diced)
• 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Hot Sauce
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 1-2 tbsp Dried Minced Onion
• 3-4 tbsp Bacon Drippings
• 1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
• 1-1/2 cups Ketchup
• 2-3 cups Diced Potatoes (cooked)
• Cream-Style Corn
How to make Brunswick Stew:
• Place all ingredients in a stockpot or Dutch oven.
• Cover and simmer until hot and bubbly.
• Serve hot.
