How many seconds in a day?
There are 60 seconds in a minute and 60 minutes in an hour, so multiply 60 by 60 and that equals 3,600 - the number of seconds in an hour.
Now multiply 3,600 by 24 and you get 86,400 - the number of seconds in a day.
60 x 60 x 24 = 86400 seconds.
