Chickoo choconut milkshake
Here's a protein booster, a smashing combination of ingredients that tastes amazingly great! Your brain needs a constant supply of energy to work efficiently. This energy drink contains chickoo, soyamilk and cashewnuts. Chickoo provides a shot of carbohydrates (glucose) to brain cells whereas soya milk and cashewnuts provide protein required for the good health and maintenance of brain cells. .
Ingredients
* 1½ cups milk
* 1½ cups chocolate flavoured soya milk
* 2 cups chopped chickoo
* 4 tbsp sugar
* 4 tbsp sugar
* ½ cup roasted and finely chopped cashewnuts (kaju)
* Crushed ice
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients together and blend in a mixer till smooth.
2. Pour equal quantities of milkshake in 4 individual glasses and serve chilled.
