Orange Banana Smoothie


This yummy smoothie is just apt to pacify your mood swings. Bananas contain trypotophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, which will help you to relax and improve your mood. Orange juice is full of vitamin C. Ensure the curd is fresh, because sour curds will call for more sugar.
Ingredients

* 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
* 1 cup fresh curds (dahi)
* 2 banana, peeled and chopped
* 1½ tbsp sugar
* Crushed ice

Method

1.Combine all the ingredients together and blend in a mixer till smooth.

2.Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
