        	Apricot Apple Smoothie
Best energizing drink to keep you going all day. A combination of ingredients like banana, nuts, apples, soya milk make this drink a nutritious potion. These are rich in nutrients and thus is a perfect energy drink after exercising.
 
Ingredients
    * 18 to 20 apricots (jardalu / kummani), soaked and chopped
    * 4 medium sized peaches, chopped
    * 4 medium sized apples, peeled and cored
    * 4 cups apple juice
    * 4 tbsp curds (dahi)
    * 4 medium sized banana, chopped
    * 2 cups chilled soya milk
    * 4 tbsp powdered sugar
Method
      1.Combine all the ingredients together and blend in a mixer till smooth.
      2.Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
