Carpaccio with pear and radish


Ingredients

* 1/2 cup cider vinegar
* 1 tsp honey
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp toasted and crushed fennel (saunff)
* A pinch toadted and crushed fenugreek (methi)
* Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
* For the salad, 1 white radish
* 2 USA pears

Method

* Cut white radish in half and thinly. Core pear. Slice in to quarters and and slice thinly.
* Toss everything together in a large bowl or arrange in alternate layers in a plate and drizzle over with dressing.
* Top 2 slices of feta cheese and some red pepper and pineapple slices.
