Sweet and Sour Bean Curd Salad
Ingredients:
* 50ml oil
* 3 pieces bean curd, fried and diced
* 3 pieces sardines, flaked
* 1 carrot, julienned
* 1 red chili, sliced
* 1 green chili, sliced
* 1 large onion, thinly sliced
* ½ purple cabbage
* 50g broccoli, cut into florets
* 4 long beans, cut into 4 sections
Sauce ingredients:
* 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
* 1 tbsp light soy sauce
* ½ tbsp tomato puree
* 1 ½ tbsp tamarind puree
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 1 tbsp chili sauce
* 1 tbsp white vinegar
* 1 tsp cornflour
* 60ml water
Making Sweet and Sour Bean Curd Salad
1. Heat oil. Add bean curd, all the vegetables and sardine. Stir fry well.
2. To prepare sauce: Thoroughly mix the sauce ingredients.
3. Mix the cornflour with water and add to the sauce. Pour onto the beancurd combination. Stir to thicken.
4. Serve warm.
