Rojak Brunei
Ingredients:
* 1 green apple, cubed
* 1 green pear, cubed
* 3 pineapple rings in syrup, cubed
* 1 slice papaya, cubed
* 1 star fruit, thinly sliced
* 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
Sauce ingredients:
* 60g peanuts, dry roasted
* 2 red chilies, chopped
* 2 cili padi, chopped
* 100g palm sugar
* 1 to 2 tbsp tamarind paste
* 80-100ml warm water
* Salt to taste
Making Rojak Brunei
1. Keep fruits separately. Chill them.
2. To prepare sauce: Grind peanuts until very fine. Add chilies, palm sugar, tamarind paste, water and salt to taste. Blend well to form a paste.
3. Serve chilled fruits with sauce.
