Rolled Pancake - Lumpiang Sariwa

Ingredients:

* 2 cloves garlic, chopped
* 1 onion, thinly sliced
* 2 tbsp cooking oil
* 250g boiled beef, diced
* 200g medium shrimps, chopped
* 80g cooked chicken, chopped
* 300g carrots, julienned
* 60g long beans, thinly sliced
* 150g cabbage, shredded
* 18-20 pancakes
* Lettuce leaves
* A little water

Brown sauce ingredients:

* 80g sugar
* 1 tbsp cornflour
* 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
* 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Making Rolled Pancake - Lumpiang Sariwa
1. Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add beef, shrimp and chicken. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
2. Add carrots, long bean and water. Cook for another 5 minutes. Add cabbage and salt, stir until cabbage is done. When all the vegetables are cooked, remove to cool.
3. Place a pancake on a platter. Top with a lettuce leaf. Spoon cooled vegetable mixture onto it. Roll pancake up, folding in both sides. Serve immediately with brown sauce.
4. To prepare brown sauce: Mix sugar and cornflour. Stir in stock and soy sauce. Keep stirring till mixture boils, then lower heat. Add garlic and stir till sauce thickens.
