Javanese Roast Chicken
Ingredients:
* 1 whole chicken not over 1kg
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 packets spice, Bumbu Opor Ibu Saidijiah
* ¼ cup vegetable oil
* 2 tbsp sesame oil
* ¼ cup rice wine or water
Making Javanese Roast Chicken
1. Split the chicken into halves lengthwise, wash, clean and drain.
2. Male a marinade with salt, spice, oils, wine and marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
3. Place on tray and grill both sides until cooked, occasionally bating with marinade.
4. An alternative is to grill on an outside barbecue.
