Corn Paneer Recipe


Ingredients:
• 1 cup Paneer, cubed
• 1 cup Sweet Corn, boiled
• 1/2 cup Onion Puree
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 1 Cinnamon Stick
• 2 Cloves
• 1 tsp Chili Powder
• 4 Tomatoes, pureed
• 1/2 cup Curds, beaten
• 2 tbsp Cream
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
• 2 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste
• Broken Cashews
• 1 tbsp Poppy Seed
• 2 Garlic Cloves
• 1/2 inch piece Ginger
• 3 tbsp Warm Milk

How to make Corn Paneer:
•Soak cashew nuts and poppy seeds in warm milk for about 25 minutes. Thereafter, add garlic and ginger and grind to make a smooth paste.
•In a pan, heat the oil and add onions, bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves. Sauté till the onions turn golden brown.
•Now, add chili powder, ground paste and tomatoes. Simmer the mixture for about 3 to 4 minutes.
•Next, pour the curd and cream and add sugar, garam masala and salt. Simmer until the gravy thickens and oil separates from it.
•In case the gravy is too thick, add some water.
•Now, add paneer and corn in the mixture and mix well.
•Garnish it with coriander leaves. The yummy corn paneer delight is ready to be gorged upon!!
