You can find the memory alloted to the vps by using the virtuozzo control panel
Login to virtuozzo control panel and traverse to
VZPP =>> VPS Management => Resources =>> Extended =>> SLMMemorylimit [for SLM managment.]
This show the memory alloted for the vps.
If it is UBC then view kmemsize..
