Renaming a file to start with dot (.) like .htaccess

Windows will not allow us to rename a file to begin with a dot (.) like .htaccess

The simple work around is to open the file in Notepad or Wordpad and use the saveas option.
- Open the file in wordpad
- select File -> Save As
- and then enter what name you want (example .htaccess)
- press enter
