Badam Pista Icecream
Ingredients
Milk - 3
Glasses Sugar - 1
Cup almonds - 20
Pista - 20
Cashew nuts - 20
Procedure
1. Boil 3 glasses of milk until it reduces to 2 glasses.
2. Now add 1 cup of sugar to this milk and keep stiring until sugar melts.
3. Boil Almonds, Pista, Cashew nuts in water for 5 min.
4. Peel the puter skin and cut into tiny pieces and keep in a bowl.
5. Add half of the sliced nuts to boiling milk. Stir for 5 min and remove from heat.
6. Let it cool to room temperature and transfer it to a bowl and keep it in freezer for 6 hours.
7. While serving cut a small portion of icecream and keep in a bowl and decorate with the remaining nuts kept aside.
