Pomegranate (Anardana) Chutney
Ingredients:
* 1 ½ cups Anardana (Pomegranate) seeds
* 30 g mint
* 1 small onion
* 2 green chilies
* Salt to taste
Making Pomegranate (Anardana) Chutney
1. First grind the Anardana seeds at high speed for 3 minutes. Remove and keep aside.
2. Grind the remaining ingredients along with 1 ½ tsp of the ground adardana at high speed for 3 minutes to obtain smooth chutney.
