Rename a file or folder shortcut in mac os X

Rename File, Folder in mac os x:

Using Mouse Click
- Go to the folder or file in finder
- click on the text portion (name) under the file or folder icon that needs to be changed
- now it becomes editable

Using Keyboard Shortcut
- Go to the file or folder in finder
- Select the file or folder
- press "enter" key
- now the name becomes editable..
