Nirmohi Akhara: Ayodhya Verdict In India

The The Allahabad High Court delivered a ruling today in the Babri Masjid case.
The ruling delcared that the holy site shall be divided into three separate parts. One parcel has been awarded to the Muslims and the remaining two have been awarded to the Hindus. One of the two Hindu parcels will be granted to the Nirmohi Akhara.
The Nirmohi Akhara are a sect of hermetic Hindus who have shunned the material world and prefer to maintain the company of their god, Lord Ram.
The property in Ayodhya was once home to Babri mosque and was the central part of a sixty year legal dispute.
