The only part of the body that has no blood supply is the cornea in the eye. It takes in oxygen directly from the air..
Fact: The cornea is transparent so that light could enter the eye. The tissues that make up the cornea are able to maintain their transparency partly by not having blood vessels flowing through them. As there are no blood vessels the cornea must get it's oxygen directly from the air. Oxygen first dissolves in the tears and then diffuses throughout the cornea to keep it healthy.
