BenQ present its First Android Tablet

BenQ has unveiled its first android tablet at the BenQ's Global Distributors Meeting in Taiwan. This upcoming BenQ tablet has been dubbed as nReader R100. The BenQ nReader R100 comes with the cool specs and features.

The nReader R100 from BenQ comes with a 667MHz Samsung ARM-based CPU, 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600, a 4GB flash storage, an SD/SDHC/SDXC card slot, 3G, WiFi, an HDMI port and runs on 12-hour battery.

The BenQ android tablet runs on Android 2.2 OS. The BenQ android tablet is slated to be released in the first quarter of next year in china, Taiwan and Japan. There is no information on the pricing of this BenQ android tablet.
