The grand wedding of DMK chief M Karunanidhi's grandson and DMK leader and a member of the Union Cabinet Alagiri's son Dayanidhi Alagiri in Madurai today looks even bigger than the royal wedding of Prince William's wedding to Kate Middleton.

All the prominent leaders & politicians made the appearance including the most talked about Telecom Raja. The city wore a festive look with high power lights and serial bulbs illuminating the main roads leading to the Tamukkam ground where the wedding of Dayanidhi with Anusha Sitaraman, daughter of a Chennai based lawyer,is being held.

Durai Dayanidhi Alagiri, Chief Minister M.Karunanidhi's grandson and son of Union Minister Alagiri is going to marry with Anusha, daughter of Chennai beside advocate in the temple city of Madurai.

A pre-wedding reception was conducted on yesterday at Tamukkam grounds. Alagiri's father and DMK patriarch M Karuninidhi, brother and Tamil Nadu's deputy Chief Minister MK Stalin and sister Kanimozhi along with other political and film industry's star were present in the reception.
