Fix for Error: Unable to change resource limits in Plesk 10

Hi,

Some times in some plesk version we may get

"Error: Unable to change resource limits."

during customer creation.

I tries to many things but with out any solution.

Finally I customized the customer or reseller subscription to "Allow overselling" for both space and bandwidth and it worked for me.

This was just a workaround.
