Negative image display in Mac OS: black, white or inverted color screen

Control+Option+Command+8:
Mac OS X can show a negative image display on pressing certain key combination. That is your screen will turn Back and White or screen will show inverted colors.
Dont panic this is a feature..
Press the Keys
Control+Option+Command+8
and you can bring the screen back to normalcy.
