terminal history search command

Terminal History Search Command for Linux

Searching through the Command History to use CTRL + R
Its Shows like (reverse-i-search)'':
Now you can type your command, it will shows already we used. If you okay that command you can Enter .


For Example:
I need to enter the command like service iptables stop
Step 1: Press Ctrl + R
Step 2: Type se [ It shows the full command as a (reverse-i-search)'se': service iptables stop ]
Step 3: Now You can press Enter key. The command executed.
