An analysis of payment by HIOX INDIA customers revealed an interesting fact that companies can never rely on one mode of payment as all the modes have become equally important.

The above graph based of one months payment analysis clearly shows that Net Banking has grown by good margin and is being used by 30% of online customers who use the companies product and services.

All the 3 modes are now equally important.

Credit Card - 37% - still the most used but wins by a small margin,
Debit Card - 33%
Net Banking - 30%

Also SBI stands as the most used banking service provider in India.
