Add Your Website to Google Webmaster Tools:

In Google Webmaster Tools Page:

Step 1. Sign into Google Webmaster Tools with your Google (Gmail) Account.

Step 2: Go to this link: "https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/home?hl=en"

Step 3: Click the "ADD A SITE" button, and type the URL of the website you
want to submit to Google Webmaster Tools.

Step 4: Make sure you type the entire URL, such as "http://www.example.com"


Step 5: Click Continue button. You will be redirect to the "Site Verification Page"


Step 6: Select the verification method (Recommended: HTML file upload). Then follow the instructions
given in that page.


Example Instructions:

1. Download this HTML verification file. [googlexxxxxxxxxxxc.html]

2. Upload the file to http://www.example.com/

3. Confirm successful upload by visiting http://www.example.com/googlexxxxxxxxxxc.html in your browser.

4. Click Verify below.

To stay verified, don't remove the HTML file, even after verification succeeds.
