Multiplication of 1112 trick - using vedic maths
Take any number multiplication by 1112.
Rules:
Rule 1 : Putting 3 dots on both the sides. Dot value consider as a zero.
Rule 2 : Start from RHS dot, taking 4 digits at a time. Keep on adding, twice of fourth last digit is added to the remaining 3 digits. If you have carry value, carry the next 4 digits.
Rule 3 : Write answer in reverse order.
Example : 564 X 1112
Rule 1 : ...564...
Rule 2 : Take 3 dots and 4, (2x4) + 0 + 0 + 0 =
8
Take next 4 digits, 2 dots, 4 and 6, (2x6) + 4 + 0 + 0 = 16 =
6 (carry 1)
Take next 4 digits, dot, 4, 6 and 5, (2x5) + 6 + 4 + 0 + 1 (carry) = 21 =
1 (carry 2)
Take next 4 digits, 4, 6, 5 and dot, (2x0) + 5 + 6 + 4 + 2 (carry) = 17 =
7 (carry 1)
Take next 4 digits, 6, 5 and 2 dots, (2x0) + 0 + 5 + 6 + 1 (carry) = 12 =
2 (carry 1)
Take next 4 digits, 5 and 3 dots, (2x0) + 0 + 0 + 5 + 1 (carry) =
6
Rule 3 : Write answer in backwards,
