hide layer panel without press F7

How to hide a layer panel while working without press F7 key.
simply press,
" SHIFT + TAB "
The layer panel will hide, and you can see your image without any disturbance.
Again if you press
" SHIFT + TAB "
the layer panel will come on the screen.
