Function to Round a number to nearest higher integer in MS Office, OpenOffice, NeoOffice

Lets consider that you want a number like 1.1 to be rounded as 2.

We can easily do this using office function ROUNDUP
This is known to be availble in all office softwares including MS Office, NeoOffice and OpenOffice.

E.g:
=ROUNDUP(4.2,0) Rounds 3.2 up to zero decimal places as 4
=ROUNDUP(16.9121,2) Rounds 16.9121 up to two decimal places as 16.92
