Desktop Taskbar Direction Change
If you want to change the taskbar direction first
(*) Unlock the taskbar(right click -> select Lock the taskbar)
(*) Use Ctrl + Arrow Keys the direction may changed according to your option
(*) Finally Lock the taskbar(right click -> Select Lock the taskbar)
