Clear guides (rulers)

In photoshop,
while we creating a design or page,
we used guides from ruler for proper measurements.

After done the design, we may feel these guides are disturbed one.

How can we clear the guides in a second..?

Want to show or hide guides alternatively :

Ctrl + ;

Want to clear the guides permanently, goto

view

in menu and click

clear guides

nearly bottom of the tab.
