Enable power manager autostart in lubuntu

Enable power manager autostart in lubuntu:

    By default, you will not be able to see the power charging in your laptop under Lubuntu session. To enable power manager autostart, follow the steps below,
  * Hit Start button.
  * Go to Preferences->Default applications for LxSession
  * Select autostart tab and check Power Manager check box.
  * Keep "Disable autostarted appilcations?" as "no".
