Chrome is unable to display East Asian font in the Title Bar

1. Before I install language support for East Asian languages, both Chrome and IE7 
can not show the tab title in Tamil.

2. After I install it, both Chrome and IE7 can show Tamil tab title correctly.

So, can you please check if you have the language support installed for East Asian 
languages?

It is under Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages -> Install Files for East Asian languages
