Unable to Connect to the Internet Windows XP

Error Message:
err_internet_disconnected windows xp

Google Chrome can't display the webpage because your computer isn't connected to the Internet. 

Diagnose the Problem: 

Step 1: Click Start

Step 2: Click Run



Step 3: Type -> %windir% etwork diagnosticxpnetdiag.exe, and then click OK.
