2 cups plain flour (maida)
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1/2 tsp. soda bicarb
2 tbsp. curds
salt to taste
oil to shallow fry

Method of making instant dosaa
2 cups plain flour (maida) .1 cup gram flour (besan).1/2 tsp. soda bicarb .2 tbsp. curds .
salt to taste -

• Mix all Ingredients given above : except oil together along with water to form batter.

• Prepare dosas.
