Eye Care Tips
Eyes are very important part of human body. Eyes can express any type of feeling, even a person who does not have the ability to talk can express his/her feelings by eyes.
Given below are the Tips for Eye Care.
1. Do not work in dim or weak light.
2. Do not read continuously. Give 10-15 minutes break for relief to eyes.
3. Whenever you feel itching in eyes, do not rub the eyes too hard, massage slowly.
Eye Care Tips
1. Vitamin A and B is very much essential for eyes. Include Carrot (Gajar), Parsley (Ajmod), Spinach (Palak), Green Fenugreek (Methi), Papaya, Milk in your food which contains a large amount of vitamin A & B.
2. When your eyes are tired then dip cotton pad in chilled Milk and place it on closed eyes for 15 minutes after that wash with cold water your eyes will become fresh.
3. If your eyes are red and feeling itchy, then drop Rose Water in eyes and close them for 5-7 minutes. You will feel relaxed.
4. Wash regularly your eyes with cold water to get shining eyes.
5. Sleep 9-10 hours daily for bright & healthy eyes.
Eyes Exercise:
1. See straight ahead at eye level, then slowly to right side at eye level and then to left side. Repeat it for 2 or 3 times.
2. Prepare a circle, first clockwise and then anti-clockwise, with the eyes. Repeat for 2-3 times.
