Drinking milk is always good for health not only for kids but for everyone. Same as milk products is complete and ideal food for everyone. Milk products contain most of the proximate principles of a well balanced diet. Various milk products are used in our daily food preparations such as Curd (Dahi), Butter, Cheese ( Paneer ), Ghee, Buttermilk (Chach) etc.

1. Curd (Dahi) : Take 200gm of Dahi in daily meal. It helps to blood formation and circulation. It metabolizes of carbohydrates and improve digestive system.
2. Ghee : Ghee and Makkhan are contains vitamins A, D and E . It stimulates the secretion of stomach acids to help with digestion.
3. Buttermilk (Chach) : Buttermilk is lower in fat than regular milk. It contains potassium, vitamin B12, calcium. Those who digestive problems are advised to drink buttermilk.
4. Butter : Butter Is a source of Vitamins E and K. Due to anti-oxidants that protect against free radical damage.
5. Lassi, Kadhi, Shrikhand, etc are prepare from Dahi. These also improve the nutritive contents in meal.
