Are you planning to make any Health Resolutions this year? Resolutions that are unreasonable will be unattainable. So always try to make long term goals, but plan on keeping them in shorter steps. Here is a list of suggestions for this year resolutions to improve your health and well being. These suggestions are very simple and easy to follow!

For Good Health: Health Resolution

* Walk daily for 10-20 minute and smile when you walk.
* Sleep at least 8 hours.
* Drink more water.
* Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner on time.
* Live with Energy, Enthusiasm and Compassion.
* According to your choice play games.
* Pray for good life.
* Keep silence and cool for 10 min each day.

For Life:

* Smile more.
* You don’t have to win every time so accept defeat for a while.
* Do not compare your life with others.
* Do not think about negative thoughts.
* Keep your limits.
* Do something good for others.
* Talk with aged peoples & children for some time.
* However good or bad situation, it will change.
* Don’t waste your valuable energy on gossip.
* Don’t take yourself so seriously.
* Spent some time with family.
