Walnuts (Akhrot) are rich source of many health boosting nutrients. Walnuts have omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, arginine and monounsaturated fats. These substances are very helpful for our body. Walnuts are good for the heart and brain.

Tetter and Mange: Apply oil of Walnuts on mange, it gives effective results.

Worm: If the child has too many worms, then feed kernel of one Walnut every day. It brings all the worms out through faeces.

Calculus: Grind Walnut thin including with shell and kernel. Take one spoon every morning – evening with cold Water continuously for 15 Days. CalculuWalnutss will comes out from urinary way.

Wet bed: To release habit of wet the bed, feed two Walnuts and 15 Raisin before sleeping. After 15 days this habit will miss.
